From Homelessness to Hope

Trevor Blaszczyk is a U.S. Army SOCOM veteran turned mental health advocate, podcast host, and psychology student. After a medical discharge plunged him into homelessness, divorce, and depression, he founded Saving 22 — a podcast and community that uses conversation and connection to support veterans.

Since launching his show in 2022 (originally Mind Over Matter), Trevor has hosted more than 20 episodes and interviewed influential guests like psychology educator Clint Murphy, Black Horse Forge founder Steve Hotz, and digital marketer Dennis Yu. Today he pursues a degree in psychology at the University of South Florida, holds certifications in cybersecurity, and plays ice hockey at USF.
