SOCOM Veteran, Mental Health Advocate & Podcast Host

Trevor Blaszczyk is a U.S. Army SOCOM veteran, mental health advocate and host of the “Saving 22” podcast, which aims to end veteran suicide. After being medically discharged and battling homelessness, divorce and depression, he found purpose in sharing stories and studying psychology at the University of South Florida. Today he empowers veterans with community, resilience and digital storytelling to help them overcome adversity and live fully.

Trevor’s mission is to empower veterans through community, resilience and digital storytelling. By sharing authentic conversations and providing resources, he aims to reduce the tragic statistic of 22 veteran suicides each day and help those who served find hope and purpose.

About Trevor

After facing homelessness, divorce and depression, Trevor rediscovered his sense of purpose by serving others and studying psychology at the University of South Florida. Today he helps veterans overcome adversity by sharing stories, building community and promoting mental resilience.
